        This Mahavidhyalaya is situated in a backward rural area i.e. Devri Rukhara, Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow. There is no Degree College located in this area except for in the Lucknow city. The location of this Mahavidhyalaya is on Lucknow-Sitapur highway. It is 25 kms away from Lucknow and near about 60 kms away from Sitapur city. The children of this area are untouched from higher education due to unavailability of degree colleges. Girls are totally unaffected from higher education due to the lack of Mahavidhyalayas. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a degree college in this area to provide a higher education to the children of this rural backward area. I had already established an Inter College which is affiliated to U.P. Board in this locality to provide the basic and Madhyamic education. After that, on the demand of the local public, I established a degree college to provide better higher education to the rural and poor children of this area in Devri Rukhara village.

        To the surrounding of 10 kms of this Mahavidhyalaya run around 10 Inter colleges.The children had passed 12^th examination and had to stop further studying due to the absence of a Mahavidhyalaya but now they are getting higher education in a much easier way due to the establishment of this institute.
